The Milo project required the recovery of natural gas emitted from oil stored in a tank farm. The gas had a very low flow rate and a high molecular weight, making it prone to condensation. The condensation issues were complicated by the wide ambient temperature range at the facility.
The unique technical demands of the project required the design of a highly precise, multiphase measurement and control system.
The Milo project demonstrates Startec's proven capabilities in:
While the vapour recovered in the Milo project was sweet gas, Startec also provides vapour recovery solutions for sour gas.
