Manufacturing Facility

Startec manufactures Oil & Gas, and Refrigeration packages at our fabrication facility in Calgary. The 20,000 square foot product plant has 30 tons of overhead crane capacity and can accommodate the fabrication of pressure vessels up to 96" in diameter.

All designs involving the use of ammonia, propane and various halo and hydrocarbons incorporate the latest ASME pressure vessel and ANSI piping codes as a minimum standard.

Manufacturing Certifications

Startec maintains rigorous certifications for our manufacturing programs including registration for:

• ASME Sec VIII Div 1 for pressure vessels
• ASME B31.3 and B31.5 pressure piping
• ABSA for Category A,E,& H fittings
• ISO 9001:2008

All fabrication, construction, testing, start up and troubleshooting activities are monitored by our engineering group and the Startec Quality Control program.
